Software Technical Consultant [Microsoft Dynamics 365] [NET technologies] [REST API integrations]

Job scope

• Support, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Change Requests (CRs) and system enhancements.
• Perform Dynamics 365 customizations based on evolving business requirements.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security models.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflow extensions.
• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and Power BI reports.
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and system performance optimization.
• Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for enhancement requests.
• Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system integration documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and public-sector technology standards.

Job requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Computing / Bachelors of Engineering or Computer Science related fields 
• Possess prior experience in government related projects
• Possess minimum of experience in 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development experience
• Proficient in the following
  • Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps)
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Power BI
• Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise system integrations
  • Azure Functions
  • Logic Apps
  • Service Bus
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
• Proficient in in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
• Proficient in .NET Development experience using C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, production support, and application maintenance experience.
• Possess certifications for the following
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Microsoft Azure
